Compress (Water Dispersible Granules) is a broad spectrum systemic fungicide.
Direction of Use: Good practices for application: Application to be done during morning or
evening time. Do not apply just before rain and avoid spray during windy days. Application should be done on appearance of the disease symptoms on the crop during early vegetative to panicle grain formation stage using high volume spray fitted with low drift nozzle as per the recommended dose. Prepare the spray solution in separate bucket/container. Measure the quantity of fungicide and mix it with water as per the recommendations in a bucket or container and stir it thoroughly. Then transfer the spray solution into spray tank. Do not use metal container for preparation of fungicide solution. The frequency of application should be as per the disease pressure. Maintain the recommended pre harvest interval. Ensure good spray coverage. Warning: This combination formulation is toxic to Honey bees.
Time of Application: The product should be sprayed immediately on appearance of disease symptoms. As per recommendation, mix the pesticides and water at right dosage and spray. Spray by using high volume sprayer viz. knapsack sprayer. Use 500 liters water per hectare. Before spraying it should be mixed well with water.
Precaution:
1. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
2. Avoid inhalation while spraying.
3. Wash thoroughly the contaminated clothes and parts of the body spray after spraying.
4. Do not smoke, drink, eat or chew anything while spraying.
5. Wear full protective clothing which includes apron, rubber gloves, rubber boots and face mask while spraying.
